Scoring Scale Methodology
All scores use a common scale centered on 100, which represents the program baseline. Performance results are grouped into three tiers to make comparisons simple and consistent:
- 105 and above – Exceeds expectations with consistently strong performance (A)
- 95 to 104 – Meets expectations with solid, steady performance (B)
- Below 95 – Does not fully meet expectations in this area (C)
How Provider Scores Are Calculated
For each metric, provider performance is based on the provider’s average compared to the overall program average. The difference is then scaled to produce a normalized score across all providers.
Capabilities Comparison Metric Definitions
Technical Quality:
Measures the general technical health of provider websites, including speed, responsiveness, and overall site performance.
Polaris Brand Consistency:
Evaluates how well each provider maintains Polaris brand standards.
Site Conversion Performance:
Measures how effectively provider websites convert shoppers through key actions such as Click‑to‑Call, Form Submissions, and VDP Views.
Dealer Satisfaction:
Reflects dealer sentiment through the overall satisfaction score collected in the Polaris dealer survey.
