If switching providers, be sure to unenroll from your existing provider first, then complete enrollment with your new provider. Screenshots and step-by-step instructions will be added once the new enrollment experience is finalized.

Today, dealership websites are consistently the lowest-rated item on customers’ satisfaction surveys related to the buying experience.
The Certified Dealer Website Program is a hands-off turnkey marketing program that is managed in-partnership with industry-leading powersports website providers. Customers are spending valuable time online before they even step foot in your dealership. As we are investing in driving high-quality leads to your website, it is more important than ever that your digital storefront is positioned to deliver a premium customer experience.

No. The Polaris Certified website will become your new website and it is NOT an additional fee. This website will be able to service all your brands.
ENROLLMENT
Upon completing the enrollment form, Polaris Digital Support will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your new Certified Website package. Depending on your previous contract, the team will collaborate with you to ensure a smooth transition and get you in touch with your new Certified Provider to start building your new enhanced website.
Yes, you need to officially enroll In the CDW Program in the Marketing Hub to receive the proper benefits and incentives.
PRICING/BILLING
If you use Dealer Spike you will be billed the full amount at the beginning of the month, this amount will be automatically submitted through Co-Op on your behalf up to $200 per month. If you use any of the other certified providers, $200 of your total bill will be routed through Co-op automatically while the remaining amount will be billed to you directly by the provider. It is the responsibility of the dealer to regularly monitor their billing on a regular basis.
Dealers will not be billed at the time of enrollment. They will be billed once their new website is live with their new program provider.
For dealers with a program website, Co-Op will be submitted automatically on your behalf.
You simply need to enroll in a new package with one of the Certified Website Providers.
Yes, dealers can leverage Co-Op funds for up to $200 toward their Polaris Digital Website.
NorthStar
Points are earned based on the percentage of new, in‑stock Polaris ORV inventory on your consumer‑facing website that includes at least one dealer‑uploaded photo. Performance is measured weekly and averaged over the quarter. Up to 50 points available (50% minimum, 100% maximum).
Each dealership location must be enrolled in the Polaris Certified Website Program with a location‑specific URL. All consumer‑facing inventory is included. Progress is updated weekly in the NorthStar Dealer Program Tracker.
OTHER
This will vary based on your current contract with your previous provider. Launch can be estimated anywhere from one to eight weeks.
The program is tightly integrated with your Polaris Digital website and Polaris Digital Analytics Suite. Up to-date analytics will always be available within Analytics Suite. A one-stop shop for all certified websites and digital advertising needs.
The CDW Program requirement is that each individual dealer (identified by their singular Polaris Dealer #) must have their own unique URL enrolled in the program.
One dealer will have to be selected. All leads will be sent to one dealer and all metrics will roll-up under that dealer. The rest will show zero metrics.
Yes
As a part of the program all Polaris leads generated on the dealer’s website will flow through the enterprise lead management system and will be delivered to a certified Lead Management System. We monitor these leads for a sales match, and if the lead doesn’t buy, they will be added to your turnkey marketing programs specifically for your dealership.
No. Polaris will not be receiving non-Polaris leads from the Certified providers. Multi-line
